When paying the weekly rate, rooms are tidied each day, with bedding being changed after every 7th night.
Extended stay rates available and are at the sole discretion of the owners. All guests are required to pay the weekly rate for at least the first three weeks to ensure that they intend to stay for a longer term. The rate is then reduced each week thereafter, until reaching an agreed upon amount, based solely, on how the room is kept.
Note - When on the extended stay rate, housekeeping services will be once per week, only! Also, no Iowa sales tax is charged after a 31 day "consecutive" stay.
